Inspired by my professor and friend, Dr. Hembree, I embraced an anti-inflammatory eating regime, transformed my lifestyle, and incorporated essential vitamins and minerals into my daily routine. With the invaluable mentorship of Dr. Joyce Scott and Coach Marshall Smith, I learned that true wellness is not just a destination but a lifestyle.

As the CEO & Founder of Beyond The Barr, I pride myself on being empathetic and client-focused, ensuring that every individual feels heard and supported on their wellness journey. With strong leadership and strategic thinking, I aim to acquire clients who are ready to transform their lives, all while maintaining a sense of humor and fun!When I’m not coaching, you can find me traveling to new countries, indulging my competitive side at the bowling alley, or gaming on my PlayStation.
